SELF ESTEEM

Self-Esteem means something very – very concrete: it’s your impression of yourself.

Do you regard yourself with clarity?

Are you self-aware?

Do you respect yourself?

Self-esteem is crucial because it’s the lens through which you see the world.

If someone else is in a very bad mood, someone with low self-esteem might say “Oh my god! I suck!

Everything I do is a disaster! What did I do this time?”

Someone with solid self-esteem might say “Wow, she seems to be in a very bad mood, I wonder what happened to her and if she is ok?”

Self-esteem is real and it dictates the degree to which you are emotionally organized, your ability to recognise your place in the world, your competence, the health of your relationships and your ability to course-correct so that life becomes a bit easier for you.
